All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and formal acceptance by us. Once your order is confirmed, we will begin processing it, and you will receive delivery details by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are shown before checkout completion.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
If customs fees are refused or unpaid, resulting in a return, abandonment, or destruction of the package, no refund will be issued.
